An Introflective Developers venture

This Day

Reclaiming the day. This Day is an Android app for adults like its maker — people living with ADHD and bipolar I, named plainly — where wanting was never the problem. Executing is.

In active development

Its soul: relationship drift

People don't fall out of your life all at once. They drift — a call not returned, a name that stops coming up. This Day watches for the drift and nudges you back toward your people. No guilt mechanics. No streaks, no scores, no shame charts. A nudge, not a debt.

Private by construction

  • Everything learned stays on the phone. It never syncs.
  • Tracked names never leave the device. The people you care about are not data for anyone else.
  • It reaches you; you don't have to remember to open it.

Where it stands

This Day is in active development — first builds have compiled, and design is closed. Its own home will be thisday.ai; this page is its room in the family house until then.
